When approved for your Stretch account, your card will be printed and mailed to the address you provided on your online application. It will typically arrive within 7- 10 business days from when the card is pushed to printing.

You can track the status of your card delivery in the app. Log in to your Stretch account and see your dashboard. You will also receive an email from us when your card has shipped.

If you are an existing Stretch customer, who requested a new one, please note that it will also take 7-10 business days to arrive in the mail after your order goes into printing. You can track the status in the app.
