If your card is temporarily misplaced or lost, immediately lock your card. Log in to the Stretch app. From the top left menu icon, navigate to the “Card” section, then lock your card.
If your card is permanently damaged, lost, or stolen, log in to the app and immediately cancel your card. You will have the option to request a new physical card.
While waiting for your new physical card, you may request a temporary card. This card will only be available in a virtual format from within the app. Your temporary card will be deactivated when you activate your new physical card.
Anytime you suspect your card is lost or stolen, review your history for unauthorized transactions.
If you see a transaction you don’t recognize, immediately email disputes@stretchfinance.com, and we will investigate.
