How do I change my email, phone number, or address?

This article describes how customers can update their personal information, such as their mobile phone number, address, or email.

The app is the easiest and fastest way to update your personal information.

Log into our app https://app.stretch.money/login.

Use the menu icon on the top left of the page and navigate to the “Profile” section.

Note: You can update your address only after you have received your physical debit card and activated it. You cannot update your address at any other point prior to this.
