If your transaction was declined, it's likely due to one of the following reasons.
You do not have sufficient funds in your account. Click here to log in to your account and check your available balance.

You have accidentally or intentionally locked your Stretch card.
Click here to log in to your account. Go to your 'Card' section from the top left menu. Click to ‘Unlock’ your card.
The merchant asked you to enter your 4-digit debit card PIN code to process the transaction, and you entered the wrong PIN.
If you cannot remember your PIN, click here to log in to your account. Use the top left menu and navigate to the “Card” section. You can create a new PIN. It will be active immediately.
