What do I do if I see a transaction that I don’t recognize?

This article addresses questions about what customers need to do when they notice any transactions they don’t recognize.

Follow these steps if you see a transaction that you do not recognize.

  • Immediately log in to the Stretch app.

  • From the top left menu icon, navigate to the “Card” section, then lock your card.

  • If you believe your card is compromised, then cancel your card.

  • Send an email to disputes@stretchfinance.com. Include your full name and mention the transactions you don’t recognize.
