You can withdraw funds from your Stretch account in the following ways:

  1. Spend your funds by using your Stretch Mastercard debit card.

  2. You can use Cash App, Venmo, or Paypal to connect your Stretch card to their

respective app. You can then easily pull funds out of your Stretch account to send to another account you have with another provider or to someone else.

  3. You can use Zelle to send funds from Stretch to someone else.

If your mobile number is already registered with Zelle through another financial institution, your first need to de-register directly through them.

Then download the Zelle app via your phone's Google Play or Apple App Store and re-register. Search for Stretch. It won't show. Instead, click on "When you don't see your bank" to connect your Stretch debit card to Zelle. Provide the address linked to your Stretch account and connect your Stretch card to send funds to someone else.

If you've already been using the Zelle app, you can easily switch cards directly in the Zelle app. Your mobile number can only be linked to one financial account in the Zelle ecosystem.

  4. Withdraw cash from an ATM. Neither we nor the ATM operator will charge you a fee if you use an ATM within the Moneypass network, which consists of more than 37,000 ATM machines nationwide.

Click here to locate a free Moneypass ATM near you.

  5. If you have an account with another financial institution, you can use their online banking services to add your Stretch account as an external account. They may ask you to go through a verification process via micro-deposits. Once complete, you can normally initiate a transfer-in of funds to your external account directly from their online banking services. Note that you may not be able to do that from their mobile app but through their online banking accessed from your device's internet browser.
